Mears Bush
Mears Bush is four kilometers out of Oxford and is a stand of native bush. Lorna and Peter Mears placed a covenant over it with the QEII National Trust.
Students from Te Kura o Te Poho Rakahua Oxford Area School have created a website about this special place https://tracey4106.wixsite.com/mears-bush

The area includes a track called "Mears Track". The track is clearly defined with native plants identified, and incorporates seating and a lookout.
